Eligibility for Returns

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order. To be eligible, items must be:

Accepted Reasons for Return

   If your item arrives damaged, please contact Jungle within 30 days with photos showing the issue.

   Not as Described / Incorrect Item
   
   If you receive the wrong product or it differs significantly from the description, Jungle will accept the return.

   Change of Mind
   
   If you decide the item isn’t right for you, you may return it within 30 days as long as it meets all eligibility criteria.
   
   ✘ Customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
   

Refunds

Once Jungle receives and inspects your return, we will notify you whether your refund is approved.

Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method.

Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear.
