At Jungle, we aim to deliver your orders quickly and safely. Please read our shipping guidelines below.

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days.
Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
If there is any delay due to stock or verification, we will notify you by email.
2. Shipping Origin
All orders are shipped from our storage facility in Spain.
Every item is carefully inspected before dispatch to ensure it arrives in perfect condition.
3. Shipping Destinations
Spain (Domestic)
We ship to all regions within Spain, including mainland and islands.
Europe
We ship to all EU countries.
Worldwide
International shipping is available to most countries.
4. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination and method chosen.
Free Shipping:
Orders to EU regions may qualify for free shipping.
Any applicable free shipping offers will be displayed at checkout.
5. Estimated Delivery Times
🇪🇸 Spain:
1–3 business days
🇪🇺 European Union:
3–7 business days
🌍 International:
7–14 business days
Delivery may vary depending on country, customs clearance, and local carrier delays.
6. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.
Tracking may take 24–48 hours to update after dispatch.
7. Customs & Import Fees (International Orders)
International customers may be required to pay customs duties, taxes, or import fees depending on their country's laws.
These charges are not included in our prices and are the responsibility of the customer.
8. Incorrect Address
Please make sure your shipping address is accurate. Jungle is not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
If the package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the customer may be required to pay re-shipping fees.
9. Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with photos so we can assist.
Jungle is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or customs.
If your package appears lost, contact us and we will help investigate.
